Eligibility
1. Product must be lightly used (no less than 80% remaining).
2. Must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
3. Applies only to first-time purchases of a product.
4. Each product is eligible for one guarantee claim per customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

-photos of the product and packaging
If confirmed, we’ll provide a replacement.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods or promotions, processing may take longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and begin once your order has shipped. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We aren’t responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is delayed, missing, or shows delivery issues, contact us and we’ll help you file a carrier claim when applicable.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.
International Shipping (If Applicable)
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
Returns to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal, we can reship it (reshipping fees may apply) or issue a refund minus shipping once received and inspected.
