We want you to feel confident trying our skincare. If you buy a product for the first time and it’s not the right fit for your skin, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility
1. Product must be lightly used (more than 80% remaining).
2. Notify us within 14 days of receiving product. Must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
3. Applies only to first-time purchases of a product.
4. Each product is eligible for one guarantee claim per customer.

Send us an email at below address to request a refund. Once product is received and approved, we will issue 100% of the product value as store credit. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to deny returns in cases of misuse, tampering, or abuse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
-your order number
-photos of the product and packaging

If confirmed, we’ll provide a replacement.
